ITINERARY

We depart at 9:00 PM on the day of departure, beginning our journey from Panama City to Boquete, Chiriquí province. Along the way, we##MG=C_S##ll make two stops to stretch our legs and use the restroom.

Day 1

We##MG=C_S##ll depart the accommodation at 7:00 AM and head to Macho de Monte Canyon in Cuesta de Piedra. We##MG=C_S##ll descend into the canyon and spend the rest of the morning exploring its various points. We##MG=C_S##ll experience a rope descent and can use a natural waterslide to enjoy its refreshing waters.

Once we finish the tour and return to the town of Boquete, we##MG=C_S##ll settle into the hostel, and you##MG=C_S##ll have the afternoon free to rest and do some local sightseeing.

Day 2

We##MG=C_S##ll wake up early today and have breakfast around 7:30 AM.

At 9:30 AM, we##MG=C_S##ll leave the hostel and continue our journey towards the coffee tour. Here, we##MG=C_S##ll take a guided walk through the area and get to taste some of the best coffees and learn about their production process.

We##MG=C_S##ll begin our return journey to Panama City at 2:30 PM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bring sunscreen and skin moisturizing cream.

• Repellent and alcohol.

• Personal medications; please notify us if you have any allergies, illnesses, or phobias.

• Comfortable clothing for the ascent: Long-sleesleeved or short-sleeved T-shirt.Light thermal jacket or coat.Balaclava.Gloves.

• It##MG=C_S##s recommended to bring more than one change of clothes.

• Bath towel.

• Change of clothes.
