Enjoy a different perspective of the Panama Canal and the Chagres River along a 1.4-kilometer route divided into ten (10) cables and thirteen (13) platforms filled with excitement and adrenaline. Experience the thrill and adventure as you soar above the forest canopy, surrounded by abundant nature and wildlife.

Visit Panama’s Sloth Sanctuary, where you will learn about the conservation program for this species carried out by the Pan-American Conservation Association. If you are an enthusiast of tropical rainforest flora and fauna, complete your visit by exploring several living laboratories where you can observe more than 15 species of butterflies, discover our fascinating frog exhibit, and learn about native orchids in a colorful natural setting.

This aerial tram offers a unique perspective of wildlife, taking you on a 600-meter journey aboard a gondola that rises above the tropical rainforest, allowing you to enjoy views that would otherwise be inaccessible from the ground. At a height nearly reaching the treetops, you will have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of nesting birds, sloths, and several species of monkeys.

ITINERARY

The time indicated on the website includes a 15-minute early arrival period to allow for any delays or inconveniences that may occur upon arriving at our office.

The tour begins 30 minutes after the time indicated on the website; however, participants are required to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the activity registration.

Example: If the activity begins at 09:00 a.m. in the park, participants must arrive at 08:45 a.m., as registration must be completed before the activity starts. Important: this example applies to all schedules.

Before starting, the guide will provide a briefing on the safety rules and behavioral guidelines that must be followed in order to fully enjoy the experience.

Afterward, participants will be taken to a “Launch Platform,” from where they will begin a controlled flight to the next station.

All you need to do is relax and enjoy the ride while observing the fascinating life within the forest canopy.

RECOMMENDATIONS

We recommend wearing long pants, a t-shirt, sneakers, boots, or any type of closed-toe footwear.

Photo and video cameras may be used (at your own risk) during stops on the platforms or with the assistance of our guides.

Children between 5 and 14 years old must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible guardian during the tour.

Adolescents aged 15 and older may participate on their own, provided that the parent or legal guardian signs the waiver, attends the safety briefing, and remains in the park.

Children between 5 and 10 years old will complete the course accompanied at all times by one of our instructors (guides).

Children aged 10 and older will be evaluated beforehand according to their height and weight to determine whether they must be accompanied or may participate independently.

The equipment and steel cables are designed to support many times the weight of a person: 2,000 lbs (909 kg) for the harness and 10,000 lbs (4,500 kg) for the cable.

Weight restrictions:

Women: maximum 170 lbs (77 kg)

Men: maximum 250 lbs (114 kg)

Pets are not allowed on this activity.

This activity is not recommended for individuals who have recently undergone surgery, pregnant women, people with heart conditions, fear of heights, or emotional disorders.
