ITINERARY

• 12:00 AM: Depart from Panama City towards the community of Cañazas, Veraguas. This journey will take 4 hours and 30 minutes.

• During the trip, we##MG=C_S##ll make 2 stops for restrooms and stretching.

• We##MG=C_S##ll arrive in Cañazas around 6:00 AM to prepare for the hike.

• The hike on the trail will last 45 minutes.

• This trail has a low-intermediate difficulty level, and we##MG=C_S##ll spend approximately 2 hours at the waterfall.

• The return to Panama City will begin at 3:30 PM.
