The Golden Frog Waterfall (Cascada Rana Dorada) is a popular tourist attraction located in the Santa Fe region, in the province of Veraguas, Panama. It gets its name from the presence of a frog species known as the golden frog (Atelopus zeteki), which is endemic to this area and is endangered.
This waterfall is part of an exuberant natural environment and is nestled amidst dense tropical vegetation. It##MG=C_S##s known for its scenic beauty, crystal-clear waters, and natural pools where visitors can enjoy a refreshing swim.

ITINERARY
Transportation will depart approximately at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, with one stop during the journey. We estimate arriving at the town of Santa Fe on Sunday morning.
We##MG=C_S##ll get ready to start the trail to Golden Frog Waterfall, a hike of approximately 45 minutes.
Upon reaching the waterfall, you##MG=C_S##ll have time to enjoy the natural surroundings, take photos, swim in the natural pools, and relax by the waterfall.
After enjoying the waterfall, we##MG=C_S##ll begin our return to Santa Fe for a well-deserved rest. Here, we##MG=C_S##ll have lunch and some time to briefly explore the town.
We estimate starting the return to Panama City at 3:00 p.m.
