ITINERARY:

Departure time from Panama City to the community of La Yeguada, Veraguas, is 12:00 a.m. This trip lasts 4 hours and 30 minutes.

During the trip we will make 2 stops, to go to the bathroom and stretch.

We must be at La Yeguada at 6:00 a.m., here we will prepare to ride the 4x4 that will bring us closer to the trail.

This trail has an intermediate level of difficulty and we will remain at the waterfall for approximately 2 hours.

Upon returning at 2:00 pm we will head to the place to have lunch.

Return to Panama City at 3:30 pm

IMPORTANT TO BRING:

• Sunscreen, mosquito repellent and cream to moisturize the skin
• It is important that all passengers present a personal identity document
• Solar lens, hat, and waterproof bag for cameras and cell phones
• Sneakers or boots with soles for rocky terrain
• Loose clothing for long distance walking and clothing for bathing in the waterfall
• If you take medication, take your extra daily dose with you.
