ITINERARY

The departure time is at 11:30 am, to start the trip in a private transport to the province of Coclé, district of Olá with a duration of approximately 3.5 hours.

The information of the place and a previous warm-up will be provided before starting the hike to the top, the walk lasts approximately 50 minutes, on a steep and rocky terrain, it must also be illuminated by our flashlights.

When we reach the top we will be able to rest and observe a great sunrise and a 360° view.

On the way back to the car, we will travel along the road for approximately 25 minutes, we will be visiting the Las Mesitas waterfall. There we will walk 20 minutes until we reach the waterfall, where you can enjoy, swim, cool off and relax.

At the end we will be visiting a local restaurant where we will be offered a typical and very tasty meal of the place with a lemonade and thus end the experience in a perfect way before taking the road back to Panama City.

IMPORTANT TO BRING:

• Sunscreen, mosquito repellent and cream to moisturize the skin
• It is important that all passengers present a personal identity document
• Solar lens, hat and waterproof bag for cameras and cell phones
• Shoes or boots with soles for rocky terrain
• Loose-fitting clothing for long-distance walking and clothing for bathing in the waterfall
• If you take medication, take your extra daily dose with you.
