Hanging Bridges Tour – Boquete

It is your only opportunity to enjoy the biodiversity of Panama’s tropical cloud forest from a completely different perspective. This circuit features six (06) hanging bridges combined with six (06) trails, covering a total distance of 4.5 km above the treetops. It is a new adventure where you will enjoy breathtaking views of rivers, waterfalls, and the majestic Barú Volcano. Endless natural beauty will make this an unforgettable experience.

PICK-UP LOCATION: Plaza Los Establos (Tree Trek office in Boquete, located in the town center)

START TIMES: Three departures daily: 08:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 1:00 p.m.

DURATION: Approximately 3 – 3.5 hours (includes round-trip transportation and hiking)

DIFFICULTY: Moderate

THE TOUR INCLUDES:

• Transportation from downtown Boquete to the park and back.
• 4.5 km tour + 06 hanging bridges and 06 trails.

MPORTANT NOTES:

• Not recommended for people with heart conditions, spinal conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or overweight individuals

• The trail features uneven terrain; proper footwear and basic physical condition are recommended

ITINERARIO:

• Meeting point at Plaza Los Establos

• Transfer by 4×4 vehicle to the mountain park

• Brief introduction and equipment handout

• 4.5 km hike crossing 6 suspended bridges at heights of up to 75 meters

• Observation of local flora and fauna

• Return by 4×4 vehicle to the starting point

• Long pants

• Spinal, knee, or ankle injuries
• Bone deficiencies or conditions
• Children under 6 years old (only allowed on private tours and subject to availability. The child must be physically capable of walking independently throughout the duration of the activity and cannot be carried at any time. Children between 4 and 5 years old will only be accepted under these conditions.)
