ITINERARY:

• 6:00 a.m.: Depart from Panama City. This road trip will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, and we will make one stop along the way.

• Upon reaching the starting point, we##MG=C_S##ll take a 4x4 vehicle for about an hour until we arrive at the community of Arenilla.

• Once at the trailhead, we##MG=C_S##ll warm up and begin the hike to the waterfall, which will take approximately 2 hours.

• We##MG=C_S##ll spend 2 hours at the waterfall before starting our return to the town.

• Lunch will be served at 1:00 p.m.

• 3:00 p.m.: Begin return to Panama City.

IMPORTANT TO BRING:

• Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and skin moisturizer.
• It##MG=C_S##s important that all passengers present a personal identification document.
• Sunglasses, a hat, and a waterproof bag for cameras and cell phones.
• Sneakers or boots with good soles for rocky terrain.
• Loose-fitting clothing for long-distance walking and clothes for bathing in the waterfall.
• If you take medication, bring your extra daily dose with you.
