ITINERARY

We##MG=C_S##ll start our adventure from Plaza Los Establos in Boquete at 3:30 AM. We##MG=C_S##ll enjoy an exciting ride in a 4x4 vehicle towards the summit on a rather rugged road, taking in the diverse landscapes and views that Boquete offers until we reach the top of Volcán Barú.

We##MG=C_S##ll arrive a few minutes before sunrise to find a good spot where you can admire a spectacular sunrise.

We##MG=C_S##ll enjoy a delicious breakfast with hot chocolate, tea, or coffee, rest, and then begin our descent in the 4x4 vehicle.

IMPORTANT TO BRING:

• Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and skin moisturizing cream.

• It##MG=C_S##s important that all passengers present a personal identification document.

• Sunglasses, a cap or hat, and a waterproof bag for cameras and cell phones.

• Sneakers or boots with sturdy soles for rocky terrain.

• Flashlight, waterproof tent (or rain cover), thermal insulator, sleeping bag, and water.

• Loose-fitting clothes for long-distance walking and warm clothing for the cold at the summit.

• If you take medications, bring an extra daily dose with you.
